A note on our new pricing

Dear Hive users,

Today, we're making some changes to our pricing structure.

This will allow us to continue delivering a quality service to a growing customer base.

In order to better cater to our core customers, we are:

  • removing our free plan
  • separating our marketing and analytical features
  • making pricing more flexible and modular

What happens to my free account?

All free users will have two weeks to upgrade to a paid plan, before service will be suspended.

If you're not planning on upgrading your Hive account, remember to export your fan list before then.

Please also wind down any open marketing campaigns you are running in this period!
